Step 1: Are we a good fit?
Relationships with food and body is my specialty.
If you struggle with disordered eating behavior, an eating disorder, or have concerns with body image and/or weight, you’re not alone. I offer a non-diet, Health at Every Size® approach to heal the mind-body connection.
If digestive symptoms are interfering with daily activities and adequate nourishment, I can work with you to ideally broaden your diet, improve symptoms, and foster a sense of empowerment over your quality of nutrition life.
If you chronically worry about your child’s nutritional intake and/or food-related behaviors, you may be unsure how to be helpful. I’ll address your concerns and make sense of your observations. I’ll help you facilitate peaceful mealtimes, cultivate body trust and ultimately raise an eater who feels competent navigating our modern food landscape.
Step 2: How I can help?

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical nutrition therapy will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services.
You can request a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule medical nutrition therapy.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
