Bio Snapshot: Kris is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a Master’s in Public Health. She trained with Ellyn Satter, is a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, is Internal Family Systems informed (currently enrolled in Level 1 Practitioner training), and is trauma-informed. She is a life-long learner of sustainable behavior change modalities and science-based nutrition.
