New Clients: Please select one of the options below to book your initial session (90 minutes is recommended). You’ll be prompted to set up an account connecting you with my practice management platform called Healthie, and soon after you’ll receive a request to complete online intake forms. Alternatively, you may call 207-560-3915 for assistance with scheduling.
(Please read about payment options before scheduling one of the following sessions.)
Current Clients: Please sign in to your Healthie account using this link to schedule an appointment or send me a message.
Insurance: If using insurance, enter the promo code INSURANCE when booking your initial session to bypass payment. Claims will be submitted directly to insurance if nutrition counseling is a covered benefit under your plan. Be sure to complete intake forms in a timely manner to capture necessary plan information and allow time for verification of benefits.
Please check with your insurance to see if nutrition counseling (or medical nutrition therapy) is covered under your benefits. Be sure to ask what limitations apply, including if coverage is dependent on diagnosis, referral requirements, number of visits allowed, co-pay amount, and whether visits are applied to your deductible.
I’m an in-network provider with the following insurers:

Paying Out of Pocket: If your insurance plan doesn’t provide benefits for nutrition counseling, you may qualify for a 30% Prompt Payment Discount. My current fee schedule is available upon request – please send an email request using this link or call Mainely Nutrition.
All major credit cards, HSA and FSA cards, cash or check are accepted. Superbills are provided upon request.
Office Visits vs. Virtual Appointments
Most insurance plans will cover only in-person visits, but HIPPA compliant virtual appointments are available (self-pay may be required).
A strong nutrition foundation is necessary to sustain therapeutic nutrition for disease or symptom management. My counseling is twofold… First, I’ll assess and build on your current nutrition knowledge and discuss how your medical conditions/symptoms are nutrition-related. Second, I’ll work with you to gently incorporate changes to help you reach your long-term health and wellness goals. Read about my specialties.
As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, I’m licensed by the State of Maine Board of Licensing of Dietetic Practice to provide nutrition counseling for management of medical conditions. This license is renewed annually.
